The client requires lighting for various areas within the factory premises, along with customized solar lights for workspaces. Currently, the factory interior uses mains-powered lights, requiring 24-hour illumination on weekdays with all fixtures turned on, while some are turned off on holidays. Most areas are illuminated with 100W-150W LED floodlights, while the raw material storage area employs 50W explosion-proof lights.
To meet the energy-saving and emission-reduction requirements, it is proposed to switch to solar power. The currently used high-brightness mains-powered lights will be retained, while a batch of solar-powered lights will be installed at intervals. Solar-powered lights will be prioritized for daily lighting, and mains-powered lights will be manually switched on and off after the solar-powered lights go off due to power outages. Additionally, the solar-powered lights in the material area must comply with the relevant explosion-proof standards.

Scenario Analysis and Solutions
In terms of lighting layout, we have fully considered the functional zoning and traffic flow of the park. For the driving lane, we have adopted high-efficiency and energy-saving floodlights - Yinglang Long Life Street Lights - to ensure night driving safety through a reasonable light layout; At the same time, auxiliary lighting such as Yinglang 10CP long-life induction floodlights will be added at key locations such as intersections and turns to improve visual recognition. In addition, we have tailored a solar lighting mini system for the factory workshop based on its situation and needs
1. The small system is planned to be powered by a "multi-channel system distributed solar power generation+automatic supply of mains power", consisting of "solar panels+batteries+control system+line switches+lighting fixtures"
2. Integrating the small system with the existing lighting system into one, avoiding the two systems fighting on their own, effectively reducing power supply risks, and avoiding additional management and usage costs.
3. Each channel is equipped with 1100W solar panels and 32V50Ah batteries, which can be connected to 600W lamps (equivalent to 12 50W lamps);
4. Select lighting fixtures that are similar to the current lighting fixtures, with color temperature consistent with the fixtures, and meet the relevant standards for explosion-proof lamps.
5. The control system relies on Yinglang's exclusive patented technology and intelligent circuits with exclusive chips, ensuring that in well lit weather, solar energy can be used to supply lighting fixtures throughout the day, and surplus electricity can be used to charge the battery; It is estimated that the energy storage battery can provide power for 4 hours at night, which coincides with the peak electricity consumption period when electricity prices are high; Then automatically switch to the mains power supply stage;
6. In case of insufficient sunlight during the day, the solar energy storage is insufficient, making it difficult to support solar powered lighting throughout the day. After the solar energy is exhausted, it will automatically switch to mains power and enter the stage of mains power lighting in advance, ensuring the stability and continuity of the power supply system at all times;
7. The lines and switches will all utilize the existing lines and switches in the company's factory building;
