一、The scope of after-sales service for products


1).Within 7 days, there is no reason for return or exchange. The portion exceeding the shipping insurance shall be borne by the user. It is necessary to ensure that the product packaging is intact and does not affect secondary sales.

2).When replacing different products or repairing products within the warranty period, the user shall bear the shipping cost for sending them out, and the manufacturer shall bear the shipping cost for returning them to avoid excessively high shipping costs.

3).If there are any quality issues within 15 days, a new product can be exchanged for free. The product will be returned if the packaging is intact, and the manufacturer will cover the shipping cost.



二、The promised warranty coverage


1.Free repair is provided during the warranty period (the warranty period varies by category). If the product exceeds the warranty period, the user shall bear the round-trip freight and raw material cost.

2.The national "three guarantees" policy for electronic product quality stipulates a one-year warranty for the entire machine. Intelamp solar decorative lights (lawn lights, fence lights, decorative light strings, decorative light strips, etc.) come with a one-year warranty.

3.The warranty period for Intelamp solar lighting fixtures (street lamps, garden lamps, floodlights, fence lamps, sensor lamps, chandeliers, etc.) is 2 years. Special extended warranty products are subject to written agreements.

4.The warranty period starts from the date of receipt.


三、It's all our fault for not conducting the appraisal for no reason
